Community Resource Center
Our Community Resource Centers (CRCs) make us different from many other health plans. They link our health plan with the community, our members and doctors. They also are physical locations where those who live near a CRC and who are part of our health plan can get assistance.
- Explain how to use their new health plan
- Call members to help answer questions
- Help them find health education classes and programs
- Refer them to community groups
For our members, our CRC can:
- Help our providers better serve their Medicaid patients
- Provide training on member benefits, claims, billing and more
- Give guidance and credentialing help
- Conduct site reviews and surveys
For our doctors, our CRC can:
- Work with you to help the people you serve
- Make our members aware of the health and social services available
- Help members get urgent services that your organization offers
- Build relationships to serve those in need
